เมื่อเดือนเมษายน 2563 นายคมกริช วรคามิน ที่ปรึกษาสภาธุรกจิ ไทย-เวียดนาม ได้ตีพิมพ์หนังสือเรื่อง ““รวมงานเขียนเรื่องการต่างประเทศของไทยและเวียดนาม” หนังสือมีความยาว 160 หน้า กอปรด้วยบทความซึ่งตีพิมพ์ในช่วงทีผ่านมาเกี่ยวกับการต่างประเทศและด้านอื่นๆ ของไทยและเวียดนามของไทยและเวียดนาม จำนวน 12 เรื่อง แยกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 4 เรื่อง และภาษาไทยอีก 8 เรื่อง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีบทส่งท้ายและรายชื่อผลงานเขียนของผู้เขียน หนังสือเล่มนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนการจัดพิมพ์จากประธานสภาธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนาม และเป็นผลงานวิชาการของสภาธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนาม หนังสือนี้มิได้วางจำหน่าย แต่จัดพิมพ์เพื่อเผยแพร่แก่สมาชิกสภาธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนาม สมาชิกสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย หอการค้าต่างประเทศ สมาคมการค้า คณะทูต สมาคมคณะกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ (ประเทศไทย) หน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง สถาบันการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา ห้องสมุด และสาธารณชนที่สนใจ และผู้สนใจจะสามารถเปิดค้นคว้าหนังสือทางออนไลน์ได้ที่เว็บไซต์สภาธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนาม www.tvbc.or.th หลังการดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้นในเร็ว ๆ นี้

นายคมกริช วรคามิน เป็นข้าราชการบำนาญ ปัจจุบันปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ที่ปรึกษาสภาธุรกิจไทย-เวียดนาม และสมาคมคณะกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ (ประเทศไทย) ผู้เขียนศึกษารัฐศาสตร์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu ด้วยทุน East-West Center เคยปฏิบัติราชการสองครั้งที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงฮานอย สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม ดำรงตำแหน่งกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครแวนคูเวอร์ แคนาดา และเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบูคาเรสต์ โรมาเนีย และมีเขตอาณาครอบคลุมสาธารณรัฐบัลแกเรีย จนกระทั่งเกษียณอายุราชการเมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2560

New book: “A Collection of Writings on Foreign Affairs of Thailand and Vietnam,”

The book “A Collection of Writings on Foreign Affairs of Thailand and Vietnam” has been published in April 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand. The book has twelve articles, in 160 pages, recently published on foreign affairs and other aspects of contemporary Thailand and Vietnam: four articles in English and the other eight in Thai, plus a concluding chapter and the list of publications by the author. The printing expense was supported by the Chairperson of the Thailand-Vietnam Business Council (TVBC). The book will duly be accessible online via the TVBC’s website www.tvbc.or.th

A retired diplomat, Komgrit Varakamin presently serves as adviser to the TVBC and the Honorary Consuls Association (Thailand) in Bangkok. K. Varakamin had studied political science at Thammasat University, Bangkok and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu with the East-West Center’s grant. He served two tours of duty at the Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam as well as Consul-General of Thailand to Vancouver, Canada; and Ambassador of Thailand to Romania and accredited to the Republic of Bulgaria until 1 October 2017.
K.Varakamin lives in Bangkok. He travels regularly to Vietnam.
